Privacy Policy for All Links Extractor

All Links Extractor is a Chrome extension that helps users extract, audit, organize, save, and export links from web pages, selected text, embedded page assets, and open browser tabs.
Data We Handle
The extension may process website content from pages the user chooses to scan. This can include:
- Page links and URLs
- Anchor text
- Page title and source URL
- Image, video, audio, document, iframe, canonical, and hreflang URLs
- Selected text when the user chooses selected-text extraction
- Link audit metadata such as link type, domain, duplicate count, health status, and preview information
How Data Is Used
This data is used only to provide the extension's core features:
- Extracting links from pages
- Showing link audit results
- Filtering, sorting, grouping, and analyzing links
- Saving extraction history locally
- Exporting links and reports
- Checking link health when requested
- Fetching page previews when requested
- Highlighting extracted links on the source page
- Supporting optional auto-capture if the user enables it
Data Storage
All extracted links, history, settings, themes, previews, and audit data are stored locally in the user's browser using Chrome extension storage.
We do not operate a server for collecting extension data.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with third parties.
The extension does not use user data for advertising, tracking, profiling, or analytics.
Network Requests
When the user runs link health checks, fetches previews, or uses crawling or audit features, the extension may send requests from the user's browser to the URLs being checked. These requests are used only to perform the requested link audit feature.
Remote Code
All JavaScript, CSS, HTML, icons, and localization files are packaged inside the extension. The extension does not download or execute remote JavaScript code.
Permissions
The extension requests permissions only for its stated functionality:

Limited Use Statement
The use of information received from Chrome APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
User Control
Users can clear saved history from the extension's History page. Users can also disable optional features such as auto-capture and helpful tooltips from the Settings page.
